Qui sommes-nous? La Fabrique c'est une équipe qui se tient les coudes! Nous sommes tous passionnées par notre métier, par l'adrénaline et le plaisir que procure notre milieu. Que ce soit en salle à manger ou en cuisine, l'équipe est considérée comme un tout qui s’entraide pour offrir la meilleure expérience possible aux clients qui sont souvent fidèles depuis de longues années. ll n'y a pas de sous-métier chez nous mais que des forces complémentaires. La Fabrique est ouverte depuis 2008, c'est un restaurant de type bistronomie. Le chef propriétaire est Jean-Baptiste Marchand et cela depuis 2008. Il travaille encore tous les jours au côté de sa brigade. L'équipe est stable ainsi que les clients.

We have permanent staff who is very nice but we need you to replace an absent or because we have a rush of planned this day there. This is a casual job to fill a lack of personnel.

If however our meter of stars is always in zero it is simply because we have had no opportunity of hired our first candidate in extra for an occasional job via yet. We count on you to gain our first stars! 🙂
